Southwest Chicken Roll Ups {Recipe Post}
You guys might not be too happy with me after this post. Reason #1 being, these chicken-roll-up-things are so damn good, you'll wanna make them every day and you'll feel like a chicken-roll-up addict. Reason #2 is, I didn't really measure anything so you gotta be a go-with-the-flow-recipe-follower. As I post more and more recipes, you'll notice I just kinda throw things in and just hope it'll taste good. I'm kinda known for pulling things outta my pantry, throwing them in a

Tuesday 10
1. I have to put my right shoe on before my left or I'm effed the rest of the day. 2. Seeing as though Kaleb has been some sorta sick since, oh I don't know, CHRISTMAS, he has become quite the booger-picking-expert. I don't promote the booger picking but I don't always stop him because we've all had those inconvenient ones that feel like they are in there, stabbing a hole into the side of our nose. 3. Speaking of experts, society as a whole, have become experts in whining and

I have a great, fast and EASY dessert for everyone! I'm a broken record when I say this BUT this is a MUST try!! I started making them a couple years ago when Charles needed a dessert for his work. Graham Crackers Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Milk Chocolate Chips Mini Marshmallows 1 cup brown sugar 2 sticks of butter Cho

A Look Into My Style {Bedroom Edition}
So, at the beginning of the year, I promised told y'all I was going to start doing more blog posts other than Tuesday 10 and sad crap. So far, I've done a decent job of that with a few of my recipe posts but I'm planning to amp it up a bit. We're gonna amp it up with posts titled: "A look into my Style" but with different editions. Different editions will include, decoration, crafts, makeup (of course), fashion (or lack there of) and whatever else I can come up with to keep
Tuesday 10
1. My Tuesday 10's would be kicked up a notch if I could tell you about my work life. I mean, there's no way you could make this shit up, it's like whoa. I'll have to save it for the book.
2. I'm so excited about the March giveaway, I can hardly stand it. A little sneak peak into the prizes: they will all represent Kaleb and I in some form or fashion. Favorite things? Favorite places? Time will omly tell! And it looks as though you guys want them broken up into severa

On Capturing Love.
I can't imagine why you would ever think I was a picture snob. Kidding. Of course I expect you to call me a picture snob. I take pride in that name.
I don't know when my love for pictures came about. Maybe in high school when we had to make a scrapbook for our senior year. Then in college, I remember carrying a throw away camera in my back pocket when we headed to the bar. (for those younger kids out there, can you imagine a day when cell phones only made calls and se
Cilantro Enchiladas {Recipe Post}
A few years back I had a craving for enchiladas so I took what I had in my pantry and my fridge and made these tasty things! Charles and I were dating at the time and I think I won him over at that moment and he requested them since.
They are so easy to make so, I never mind whipping them up.
{warning, they are not the least bit healthy/low fat}
Since I don’t use a recipe I’ll do my best to step you through it. Some of the things I don’t measure so use your own judgment.

Tuesday 10
1. How many of you got totally sick of me last week? I was home sick a couple days and I became a posting whore. I was all over IG, FB, Pinterest and here. I tell ya, one day at home without my kid, it was like heaven disguised as the flu. I felt a little guilty but mostly realized I need to do this for myself once a month. Stay at home from work just because. It's life changing.
2. I'm afraid to say, next Christmas when Frosty comes on t.v., I wont get that warm f
Alone
Remember those nights we used to have when we would just lay in bed and we, ok I, would talk for hours? I remember the look on your face. You had that look of shock that someone could actually have that much to say. That much to ramble about. I knew you didn't think it physically possible for someone to actually talk that long.
The thing I loved though was the fact you never seemed annoyed, truly just in awe. You just listened. You listened with a little laugh here a

Mini Oreo Cheesecake Bites {Recipe Post}
We are Oreo eaters in our house!!! I found this recipe and thought it would be perfect. I love that they are small and you aren't forced to eat an entire cheesecake, although you won't be able to eat just one. They are easy and the Oreo at the bottom is unexpected when you bite into it. Makes 25-30 Ingredients:
42 cream-filled sandwich cookies, such as Oreos, 30 left whole, and 12 coarsely chopped
2 pounds cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sugar
